Workshops
More than a “show-cooking” area where you can learn how to cook a large diversity of dishes by watching our Chef preparing them, the Open brasserie mediterranica offers you the chance to organize workshops for your employees and customers. During the workshops, Chef João Silva will watch over the participants and teach them all the tricks and techniques that can make the difference while cooking home for friends and family.
If you consider Mediterranean, Portuguese and French cuisine a temptation, join the workshops and in the end you will be invited to taste the dishes with all the other participants.
